Product Introduction
This machine is specially developed for the filling and capping of various shaped bottles such as flat bottles, oval bottles, upper big and lower small bottles, thin high bottles, prismatic bottles, etc. Firstly, according to the shape and characteristics of the bottles, the corresponding bottle holders are made. Put the bottle into the bottle holder, then put the bottle holder on the conveyor belt for circulating operation. The potted bottle is taken out of the machine with the bottle holder. There is a flat release mechanism on the conveyor belt, and the bottle is removed from the bottle mold. Take it out and go to the next step; while the bottle holder continues to run on the conveyor belt. The machine is compact, stable in operation and high in productivity,making it an ideal choice for many filling companies.
