* Product Description

Raw material: 150×150×6000mm continuous casting billet.
Finished product specifications: φ5.5-φ20mm round steel and ribbed steel. High quality carbon steel, low alloy steel, bearing steel, welding rod steel, etc.
Rolling speed: max 90 m/s.
Annual production: 50,000-300,000 tons/year.
The whole line adopts full continuous twistless rolling. The finishing mill adopts high-precision cantilever compact rolling mill with fast rolling speed (up to 95m/s), high output, high product precision and high mechanical performance. The equipment investment is large, and the quality of the process operation and equipment maintenance personnel is high. Suitable for large-scale market, high-end users, and organize mass production.
The raw material is generally 150×150×12000 or even larger continuous casting billet.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 45-60 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 60-80 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=3000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=3000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.

Q: Can you provide installation service?

A: We can provide installation service , but you need pay for the air tickets, hotel,food and 50 USD/ day.
