The company mainly produces ductile iron casting (QT450, QT500, QT600, QT700, etc.), carbon steel, stainless steel, including grooved pipe fittings of various types of auto parts, agricultural machinery accessories, pulley, automobile brake disc and the groove pipe fittings, such as airports, power plants, highways with the movement of the ground cover plate assembly, fire hydrant, valve, flange, etc.
 
The production technology of Butterfly valve is sand mold casting, its materials is nodular cast iron.
We can design,pour,shot blasting, polishing, machining, spray paint processing according to customers drawings and models.
According to the characteristics of structures,we can divide as followers:
(1)valve door form: open-close part(disc) does lifting movement along the central line of the stem drive;
(2)plug shape: open-close part (gate) does lifting movement by stem drive along the perpendicular to the center line;
(3)the cock: open-close part (cone plug or ball) revolves around its center line;
(4)swing valve :opening-close parts (disc) rotates around the outside the axis.
