Process technology: imported alpha alumina powder, isostatic molding, precision processing, grain size controllable firing, screen printing, high temperature metallization, nickel plating.

Among them, metalized ceramic substrates are widely used in light-emitting diodes, sensors, power electronics, and as special single-layer ceramic substrates in the microelectronics semiconductor industry.
