Product Application
Structure: the upper part of the feed conveyor, the product entire column grouping part, the lower part of the carton conveying, lifting mechanism, drop, pneumatic part and electric control part, export products tank transport parts.
How it works: According to customer requirements for product packaging, the product feed for accurate whole column grouping, while underlying pre-sync to the product carton boxes preset position, and then by the lifting mechanism rear jacking good product grouping randomly fall into cartons, lifting mechanism automatically drops to a horizontal position and the outlet conveyor, cartons output by the transport section; each part of the linkage is adjusted by the electric air control to simultaneously ensure that each group of products can be accurate and effective automatic packing and output.
Application:Fields of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and other. Common to all types of PET bottles, cans, Pak packaging.

Payment Items
      by divided payments of 
                           30% T/T down payment and 
                           70% by T/T before delivery after customer's inspection.


Packing & Delivery
The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
