WORKING PRINCIPLE

Materials to be separated are added into the high-speed rotating centrifuge basket through the feeding pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal field, the material will be filtered through the filter cloth, the liquid phase will be discharged through the liquid outlet, and the solid phase will be retained in the basket. When the basket is filled with materials and the feeding and dehydration stop, wash the cake and filter out the washing liquid. The centrifuge continues to spinning to dry the filter cake. After the cake meets the separation requirements, the centrifuge slows down and the scraper removes the cake from the bottom and out of the machine. Then, the centrifuge slows down again and the pneumatic bag puller moves up and down to shake off the residual cake, so as to completely remove the cake.

The high surface cleanliness and roughness up to Ra0.2-0.4μm are in line with cGMP requirements.

Smooth discharge: Automatic scraper device has the functions of speed regulation and pitch adjustment, and the scraper is designed with multi-structures, including double-blade (wear-resistant: carbide tip, wear-resistant coating, etc.). The cutting angle has been improved, with smaller scraping resistance, and the layered scraping technique shall be selected for hard materials.

Small vibration, low noise and stable operation: The liquid damping shock absorber technology is adopted, and it is installed without base, which effectively reduces the vibration of the centrifuge and facilitates the installation and maintenance of the machine.

Frame square box design: The chassis weight is increased, the centrifuge center of gravity is lowered, and the vibration speed is reduced.

The cake layer control device and electromechanical material level detection device are provided to effectively control the feeding amount, prevent the centrifuge from overload work, prevent the material from escaping, and ensure the automatic operation of the feeding process. 

The basket is comprehensively machined and undergoes 100% weld flaw detection, with high machining precision and large filtering area, conducive to ultrafine particle filtration.

Quick filter bag replacement
It is designed with a detachable basket lip, reliable self-locking, and scientific filter cloth fixed module (tensioning device + quick assembly structure), by which, the filter cloth can be replaced quickly.

Fully enclosed structure: The material is completely separated from the transmission, which can protect the nitrogen filling inside the equipment, effectively prevent material from contamination, and ensure the safety of personnel.Uniform distribution: Streamline distributor can improve the distribution balance and reduce the distribution vibration for the material with poor fluidity.
