Main Structure of 1092mm 2TPD Tissue Paper Machine:
1. Cylinder mold part
1250mm×1450mm stainless steel cylinder mold 1 set , 380mm×1450mmmm couch roll 1 set ,coated by rubber, rubber hardness 38±2. Cylinder vat is made from stainless steel plate.
2. Dryer cylindr part
2000mm×1450mm alloy dryer cylinder 1 set , 350mm×1450mm touch roll 1 set, coated by rubber,rubber hardness 90±2S, equipped with double layer exhaust hood, pneumatic loading device.
3. Winding part
400mm×1450mm×1800mm winding cylinder 1 set, 250 speed reducer 1 set.
