Our Hydraulic Directional Drilling Rig, a new model of directional rig, is developed by Liaoning JinRong Machinery Co.ltd on the basis of the same type of advanced drilling rig manufactured at home and abroad.

Our riveting and welding plant can undertake the manufacture of various metallurgical structural equipment , formwork, gang board, oil tank, water tank, pipeline and dust-collecting and environmental protection equipment of various sizes, the company also undertakes the construction of bridge, concrete building, dished ends, building rack, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, feeding machine, feeder, bucket convetor, dust extractor, iron removal, ect.
Our casting plant can cast various steel casting, cast iron, close tolerance casting steel, roller, rolling mill stand, frame, box, gear bloom, slide, valve, valve seat, pulley, connecting rod, ect..
The forging workshops can produce the forged pieces of axles, flanges, coils special sections and all kinds of specializations of forged pieces with the material of carbon structural steel, tool steel, ball bearing steel, spring steel, alloy steel and so on. The main equipments are free forging pump press and fore hammers for various tons. Biggest forging piece circleφ1500,valve φ1000,shaftφ500×17000.
There are arc-furnaces of all sizes, refiner furnace for casting steel in the forging workshops, and there are blast cupola and IF furnace for casting iron and copper. We adopt the methods of silicon gel, water glass, disappearing models. We mainly export to America Europe and Asia who have spoken us great highly. In addition, we also can do heat hardening, anneal, temper and heat treatment and so on.. We have the precise method to testify the machinery property, chemical compositions and ultrasonic flaw detection.
Our factory has the ability to manufacture various steel rolling equipments, including various cold rolling mill train and hot rolling mill train.
Our factory has some steel rolling process engineers, steel rolling mechanical engineers or mechanical engineers. We have very abundant technical force. In this case, we can design and manufacture various steel rolling mill train & equipments for spacious users.
The steel rolling mill train which can be manufactured by us are described as following: 800 steel rolling mill train, 650 steel rolling mill train, 550 steel rolling mill train, 500 steel rolling mill train, 450 steel rolling mill train, 350 steel rolling mill train, 300 steel rolling mill train, 280 steel rolling mill train and 250 steel rolling mill train.
According to users' requirements, we can manufacture the full continuous rolling production line, semi-continuous rolling production line and open-train (Belgian) mill train production line with yearly capacity 10,000MT-500,000MT for the users. We can also manufacture various full automatization and semi automatization production line.
Our main products are: angle rolling mill production line, deformed steel bar rolling mill production line, round bar rolling mill production line, channel rolling mill production line, I-beam rolling mill production line, strip rolling mill production line, 5.5-6.5 wire rolling mill production line, I-beam rolling mill production line for mine and so on. Various medium-frequency furnace, electrical furnace, electric arc furnace, and continuous caster are also in our supply scope. Meantime, our factory also can process and manufacture reducer, coupler, universal joint, cooling bed, flying shear, pusher, lifting platform, furnace delivery table etc. auxiliary equipments which are relative to production line.
Moreover, our factory also can export, manufacture and install various oil field equipments, mining equipments, mechanical processing equipments & agricultural mechanical equipments for spacious users from different countries. The equipments are including flattener, plate rolling mill, tabled machine, high-frequency pipe welding machine, plate cutting machine, bending machine, wire-drawing machine, puncher, grinding machine, milling machine, frictional press, air hammer, agricultural tractor and its suited agricultural mechanical equipments, forklift, ditch-and-trench excavator, loader, electric welder etc.
At present, our steel barrel production line has being already come into series of products. From high configuation / top grade with full complete set of PLC controlled hydraulic driving till low configuation / low grade with manual operating, our products has engendered the series of high grade, medium grade and low grade. We can design the manufacture the special product according to users' requirements. Besides the former single-unit simplex automatic production line, our products have newly increased extrusion pressure edge former and extrusion edge forming which is combined with expand bar two-in-one machine type. One production line can work from strip uncoiling, flatening, shearing, painting and off-line. The full complete set of equipments which designed by our factory is with high production efficiency and good quality. The shearing presion can reach: tolerance on length≤0.5mm,tolerance on diagonal length≤1mm.
