Micron Glass Beads for Sand Blasting steel surface treatment
1.Glass Beads Applications
(1).Sandblatsing glass beads will produce a sheen, bright, uniform finish after blasting to metal parts, it has various applications in finishing, pre-treatment, cleaning, deburring, peening for metal surface treatment. Different sizes of glass beads achieve different shine effects.
(2).Road Marking Paint Glass Beads used to be dropped on freshly stripped paint surface on the road to give immediate enhanced visibility. High Refractive Index Glass Beads can improve visibility of the traffic markings and road signs to supply safe night driving conditions.

Glass beads is transparnt, wire diameter is 0.03-0.4mm, round rate ≥95%, Refractive Index Nd≥1.5%.
Sandblasting Glass Beads are widely used for blasting and polishing purposes, can be used for cleaning the moulds for forging, casting, glass, rubber, etc. For removing of the tensile stress and increasing and improvement of the corrosion resistance and fatigue life of the component such as aicraft engine turbine blades, haft, handing gear, springs etc. For deburring and cleaning of IC packing lead, cleaning and deburring of non-ferrous castings, for decorative finishing of the component surfaces, etc.
