1.Glass Beads Picture
We can produce different road marking glass beads, sandblasted glass beads and ground glass beads according to different countries and different standards.
Such as European standards:
EN1423 and EN1424;
American standards: AASHTO M247 type 1 and 2;
British standards: BS6088 Class A and B;
Japanese standards: JIS R3301;
Korean standards: KSL 2521 No. 1 and 2; 3;
Turkish standard: TS EN1423 Standard.

Sandblasting Advantages:
(1) The glass beads made of the soda-lime silica glass has the good chemical stability, certain mechanical intensity and hardness, free of dark spots and other impurities.
(2) Does not cause dimensional change to the base material
(3) Soda Lime glass does not release toxins (no free silica), will not contaminate or leave residue on work pieces, environmentally friendlier than chemical treatments
(4) Leave even, spherical impressions on blasted part surface
(5) Low breakdown rate, Lower disposal & maintenance costs
(6) Suitable for pressure, suction, wet and dry blasting equipment

1. 25kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags put in a 1000kg (2200lb) bulk bag.
2. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags shrink wrapped onto a 1000kg (2200lb) pallet.
3. 25 kg per bag(pp bag or paper bag), then 40 bags in one box.
4. One ton loose in one ton bulk bag.
5. All pakages are lined with waterproof materials.
6. Gnerally, one 20GP container can load 25 tons, 27 tons at most.
We can also pakage according to costomers' requirements.

Yes, we can send free samples less than 500g to you. Normally, we can send samples to customer by
