The technology of excellent electronic yarn guide is adopted in the BW32 precise winding machine, and the machine has precise winding modes, or adopts the winding form with subset, precision and winding. It can be used for the synthesis of short fiber yarn and the production of regenerated fiber filament yarn. Chemical fiber is maximum up to 2200 dtex of yarn.
All functions of the BW32 precise winding machine are managed via a control terminal  which is  installed in the headstock. Various process parameters can be set via controlling terminal. All parameters are monitored continuously through the control terminal, and the state of spindle location and error message are displayed.
Each independent spindle location for machine can be both mutually and independently operated. Different yarns can be processed at the same time on a same machine, which ensures the efficiency of the machine. Independent electronic yarn-guide system can customize various packages, flexible back pressure system can set the extremely extensive back pressure.The direct drive winding can produce the accurate package so as to ensure the best backing-off performance. The real-time and on-line control to the yarn tension, carrying out the tube dia sizing and length counting accurately, making the density of the bobbin even and achieving optimum dyeing effect.
