Polypropylene is a polymer formed by addition polymerization of propylene. It is a white waxy material with a transparent and light appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89~0.91g/cm3, it is flammable, the melting point is 189ºC, it softens around 155ºC, and the operating temperature range is -30~140ºC. It is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt solutions and a variety of organic solvents below 80°C, and can be decomposed under high temperature and oxidation. Polypropylene is widely used in the production of clothing, blankets and other fiber products, medical equipment, automobiles, bicycles, parts, pipelines, chemical containers, etc. It is also used in food and pharmaceutical packaging.

Application
Polypropylene (PP) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic. It has high impact resistance, strong mechanical properties, resistance to a variety of organic solvents and acid and alkali corrosion. It has a wide range of applications in the industry and is one of the common polymer materials. Australian coins are also made of polypropylene. 
Use 1: Used for injection molding, extrusion molding, making various products and a variety of fibers, narrow bands and films.
Use 2: Used for weaving and weaving.
Use 3: Used to produce plastic parts that are used outdoors for a long time, such as air-conditioning outdoor unit covers, beer crates, and highway shading panels.
Use 4: Used for flame retardant of polypropylene fiber and plastic electrical devices.
Use 5: Used in the manufacture of various parts and components in refrigerators, air conditioners, televisions, machinery and other industrial sectors.
Use 6: It can be used in the manufacture of cold and hot water pipes and fittings for water supply and drainage. It has the characteristics of high strength, good creep resistance, and excellent resistance to humidity and heat aging.
Use 7: Used as a coating and plastic processing aid.
Use 8: Used to produce extruded film and composite film plastic products.
Use 9: Used for oiling of cigarette filter tow.
Use ten: Used in the production of flame-retardant parts for electrical appliances, telecommunications, lighting, lighting equipment and televisions.
Use eleven: used in car bumpers, dashboards, heater shells, anti-scratch strips, battery shells, door inner panels and other decorative parts.
Use 12: Used in electronics, electrical appliances, meters, home appliances, light industry, chemical textiles, automotive machinery, etc.
Use thirteen: used for the production of reinforced polypropylene products in the light industry sector.
Use fourteen: used as a raw material for further processing of polypropylene pellets and products.
Use 15: Special oil for polypropylene production, which has smoothing, bundling and antistatic effects on the fiber. It is used in the production of polypropylene multifilament, textured yarn and heterogeneous yarn.
Use sixteen: used for automotive interior and exterior trim parts, engine fans, mechanical parts, textile equipment, electronic and electrical parts, etc.
Use 17: It can be used for cotton spinning, wool spinning, making artificial woolen cloth, carpet, non-woven cloth, etc.
Use eighteen: used to make parachutes, fishing nets, filter cloth, ropes, work clothes, clothing, velvet blankets, artificial fur, etc.
Use 19: Mainly used in the production of various long and short polypropylene fibers.
Use 20: Used to produce polypropylene woven bags, packing bags, injection molding products, etc.
