TC7528 tower crane is one new type we can produce. During design, from finite element calculation of steel structure, parameters optimization of whole crane, checking calculation of stability, choosing of mechanisms, general designing calculation to all layout drawings are all finished by computers.

1. Features:   
TC7528 is top slewing self-erecting tower crane, max. Load moment is 3150 KN· m, free standing height is 51m, work radius is 3.5-75m, max. Load is 18t.
The tower crane has hoisting , slewing and trolleying mechanisms, and can work separately or together to improve work efficiency. Hoisting mechanism applies multi-speed motors, five work speed to adopt different work requirements. Hoisting jib can rotate 540° freely, horizontal arm support, stable pulley car, exact loading location that can meet vertical and horizontal work requirements.
Design has reached up to national standard. It is widely used in various industrial and civil architecture that is below 30th floors, especially used in construction sites that is narrow and complicated.
Place of overhead transmission line, the safety distance between any part of tower crane and transmission line should meet the rules of following tables so that can prevent mechanisms entering into the dangerous areas of overhead transmission line.
