Non Recoverable Tie Rod with Welded Plate as Water Stop for Waterproof Wall

The demand for waterproof walls always means an extra work and needs special care when installing and removing of the formwork anchors with water stops to tighten double side formwork elements.

Non recoverable tie bar with welded intermediate sheet, available for tie rods Ø 15.0 / 20.0 and 26.5 mm

The advantage of this method is that after finishing the works no hollow space remains in the concrete, in which the water can be collected.

The tie bar will be concreted without a wrapping plastic tube in the middle of the wall as a non recoverable part.

To prevent the additional water circulation, a square sheet 120 x 120 mm is welded at center of the tie rod. The non recoverable tie rod will be completed with steel cones as couplers on both sides and extended with the usual tie anchors.

After striking of the formwork, the cones will be removed. The use of the plastic conical sleeve will ease the removing.

The spigot size for tubes inner dia 26mm or 31mm.
Material: Ductile casting, Galvanized
Besides the above specifications, customerized sizes available upon drawing or samples.

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
---bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.

Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
