Product Description:

Polyurethane/ PU rough faux wood beams is an elegant, fashionable, decorative material. This superior material is mainly used in the indoor decoration of superior class buildings such as hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, theaters, dance halls, cinemas, stations, auditoriums, offices, sitting rooms, business buildings and industrial or residential buildings. It is mainly made of high-quality polyurethane material, so it is stronger and weighs less than gypsum powder cornices. Polystyrene ceiling extruded mouldings are long and affordable, made of ultrmaterial for interior decoration.

Why we use Polyurethane Faux Beams , not gypsum beams? 

Water proof  , No crack , No Rot 

Polyurethane has a closed cell structure which provides protection from moisture and therefore will not rot. Further, the closed cell structure prevents paint from peeling from the surface

Strong and Durable 

Polyurethane medallion and cornice is strong and shock resistant. Fibrous cement and plaster coving and cornice can easily chip and crack when being handled. This also makes transportation problematic.

Fast finishing

G&T ceiling beams and cornice is supplied painted with a primer surface. This smooth non porous surface only requires a top coat of paint. Plaster coving and cornice is usually porous and  requires sealing. With plaster multiple coats of paint are usually needed to achieve a good finish on what is often a rough surface.

Fast insall and Time Saving 

G&T beams and cornice only needs adhesive to install. One person can handle it . 

 Light Weght 

 PU faux beams is only 1/3 weight of gypsum moulding .
