Paintable Polyurethane Sealant for Joint Sealing and Caulking

DM233 is a one-component sealant based on PU polymers, moisture curing type. The curing speed of mortar is related to the temperature and humidity of the enviroment. Under high-temperature or high-humidity conditions, it will be quickly crusted. The final curing time is also related to the thickness of the glue applied. 

DM233 is a specially sealant for interior decoration.with moderate modulus, good thixotropy, moderate elongation and good elasticity. 

It is suitable for all kinds of porous and non--porous materials, with good adhesion, surface coating paint is available. It can also be used in industrial  applications where white sealant is required.

Features & Advantages

White,grey,beige colors available, other colors can be customized. 

Odorless, low VOC, PVC free, safe to use. 

Good resistance to cold and hot weather alternation, over 10 years of service life. 

After curing, the shrinkage rate is very low, and the Thixotropy is good, the form during construction can be maintained well. 

It can be applied for the sealing of all kinds of interior decoration materials in the room. 

Low  temperature resistance, in the range of -40ºC~90ºC, can maintain good flexibility and adhesion.

No primer required. 

Application area
  1. In the process of interior decoration, various seals or waterproof edge seams such as kitchen, bathroom, skirting board, door frame, etc.
  2. Other industrial applications where white sealant is required.
