All axis feed can be driven by manual mechanical hand wheel. Also you can drive it by MPG, which can great reduce your labor.
Easily and friendly HMI control
Auto moving on X,Y axis
Can set the X,Y axis travel start point and finish point. and then make the table auto moving on suitable speed, the speed range from 0~1500mm/min.
Can operate on the HMI to set Plane cutting. Only need input a few key cutting parameter, and the machine will auto carry out a plane cutting.
Input the Length and Width of a out square or inner square work piece, the machine will auto carry out around square cutting.
Input the radius of the cylinder or hole and the tools, the machine can auto processing
a cylinder or a hole.
If there are many holes need drilling, this function make the work so easy!
Input the number of holes and distance, while the first hole be finished by manual( the quill of milling head down feed), the worktable will move to next holes auto, and then drill others holes one by one.
Also if there are multi-holes layout on a circle, you can use this function and make the work so easy
