I. Function:
YSDCNC Line 4 is linear structure,consists of a metal frame,leveling beading,hydraulic notch and punch square,hydraulic shears,displacement type joint angle nipping machine,feeding platform to position the manipulator,double linkage flange machine (or optional single bone angle iron flange)full automatic computer control system.Blunt notch and punch square,shear plate adopts full hydraulic pressure system.Line 4 is a cost-effective equipment wind pipe,covers an area of relatively small,in addition to the purchase of hydraulic bending machine,very suitable for TDF flange,TDC plug-in flange,flange angle iron production,the maximum feed speed is 16m/min,the length error of ±0.5mm,computer control system adopts closed-loop feedback,guarantee stable precision.

II. Performance Features:
·All the rolling reels are made of bearing steel so that the lifetime prolongs by more than 5times.
·Under the material-saving mode of CNC system,machine can withdraw material automatically after finishing tasks.
·With production memory functions,the production orders can be tracked and checked.
