2. QC will inspect 20pcs for every 100pcs of CNC machining. Linear actuators will be able to meet all dimensions tolerances. Sometimes export goods are more restrictive.

3. Linear actuators will be inspected at each step. Before shipment, the linear actuator will also be inspected. All inspection records will be kept in our factory for up to five years.

4. Our sales will send 3D drawings to you before each linear actuator is produced, you will know the detailed specifications and dimensions, and you can notice any possible errors as our sales, QC, and workers are keeping a close eye on all production.

Q: How to size a suitable model?

A: You should consider the stroke length, dynamic and static forces, movement direction (vertical or horizontal), motion speed, duty cycle (estimated cycles per day), working environment, any bumpy or vibration and etc. In one word, understand more about the application would be much help to select a suitable model.

Q: What are the working conditions?

A: Please let us know your working conditions, such as the temperature, air humidity, salt spray environment.

Q: Is it ok to order one piece of a sample before going quantity?

A: We always suggest our clients start with sample orders on a test basis. Especially the field test is necessary.
