MC350CNC-ZZY automatic tube cutting machine ,with slide feeding circular sawing and tailing cutting, is an automatic feeding type of metal tube cutting machine. The sawing speed are 28 / 42 / 76 / 118 rpm. The clamping tool is specially designed by our company. No need to change different clamping tools when cutting different tube materials. It is very suitable for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other thick and thin metal tube materials with different section shapes without replacing the clamp.
This machine has a programmable controller, which will set up a good program, cooperate with automatic electrical components, and repeatedly feed, hold, saw and cut materials, and do a strict automatic cycle work. The special clamping tools can be designed according to the actual work piece. Multiple tubes can be cut at the same time. And at the same time, this type is super than the old general type of cnc pipe cutting machine. This type has the special function of no tailing tube material left at the end. It help our users save tube material, time and labor and make the output multiple increase.
