Type 1

There are two type of prefab house, one of the main difference is that Type 2 (also named T house) cannot see the steel frame from the outer surface while Type 1 (also named K house) can be seen from the outer surface.

Type 1 has its own standard size, please refer to the following details. Type 2 can be manufactured according to the customers' specific requirements.

Length=NK. (K=1800mm,N is awhole numbe equal to or any bigger than two)

Width

5560mm, 6230mm, 7360mm, 8250mm, adjust accrodlingly.

Height

Width=3P,6P,or 9P (P=950mm, 3P is one storey, 6P is two storey and 9P is three storey.)

Roof slope

Slope is 1:10 ~ 1:5

Steel columns/pillars, Square steel tube (Q235) 50x50x2.0mm

Steel roof truss

Roof and wall panel

50mm or 75mm thickness Rock Wool (Glass wool and EPS are available) insulation with 0.4mm color steel sheet on both sides, rock wool density 80-120Kg/m3, Heat Insulated coefficient is 0.041w/m.k. Heat transfer coefficient is 0.58w/•k.

Edge cover

0.5mm thickness color steel

Window

PVC or aluminum alloy window, white color, 4mm single glazed, with screen.

ceiling

6mm gypsum board, 5mm calcium silicate board, PVC board are available

Door

steel door or sandwich panel door, furnished with a cylinder lock with keys

Floor

1.5mm thickness PVC floor leather + 18mm plywood

Electric unit

cable, conduit, light, switch, socket, distribution cabinet 

Sanitary unit

     closestool, washbasin, shower, urinal, exhaust fan
