Q1: Do you have a range of stock items for sale? 

we are only producing OEM/ODM orders.

Q2: Are you a factory?
Yes, we are factory established in 2008,with over 80 workers and 3,000 squares meters workshop.
Q3: How can I get a sample to check quality and how long is the sample time? 

To support you, we will offer you free plane samples to check our design and quality and client has to afford the express freight.

Plane sample time is 1-3 days, customized sample time is 7-12 days.

Q4: What's payment term do you accept ?

By T/T, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.

Q6: What is your spare part of products?

It is around 0.2%-0.3% of the total quantity. 
Q7: How do you ship the finished production? 
1) By sea
2) By air
3) By DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc.
