Packaging steps

1) This WPC decking will be packed on the pallets.

Beautiful Wood Grain, Stable Formula With High-Quality Raw Material
The formula we use is wood fiber (50%) HDPE(38%) and additives(12%). It is the most optimal formula for WPC material performance. The proportion of HDPE is very important for the strength of the WPC products. Of course, the price of HDPE is also very high. Our additives are also imported.
We made 3D embossing mold especially, it is used for production 3D embossed. you will be attracted by the beautiful 3D wood grain.

Q: Is the wall/decking installation difficult?

A: Actually the installation is quite easy, both wall panel and decking, only require simple tools like an electric drill, clips, and screws. Customers can finish the installation quite quickly, usually, 2 person can finish

about 50 sqm wall panel/decking.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: Usually 10-15 days for one 20ft container(nearly 850 sqm goods), this time can be reduced to 7 days if the order is regular so that we could arrange the product works in advance.

Q: Can I mix 2 colors in one order?

A: Yes, you can! But if the quantity is less than 100 sqm for one color, we have to charge an extra set-up fee. We are a direct factory and the more colors we choose, the more cost including materials and labor we have to add, we have to control the product cost and hope customers can understand this.

Q: Are wood plastic composite products environmentally friendly?

A: Yes. Because WPC will not splinter, warp or fade the way wood does, it dramatically reduces the wasteful cycle of repair and replacement and eliminates the frequent application of environmentally harmful paint, sealers, and stains.
