TECON Plastic Formwork for Wall and Column
Brief Introduction
TECON Plastic Formwork for Wall and Column(TECON Plastic formwork TP60 )is recognized as the lightest formwork system due to its medium size panel design and the application of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene). Besides its lightweight, it is also elementary to use even by unskilled workers. Walls, columns, slabs can be quickly and efficiently formed with only a few panel sizes and accessories.
Techinical Specification
- Less or even no plaster after strip.
- Different column sizes at 5cm increment start from 20cm.
- It can also be used with foam concrete (lightweight concrete).
- High strength and durable panels can reach up to 100 reuse times.
- Up to 25cm slab thickness and 3.6m high wall by one pouring, for a maximum fresh concrete pressure of 50Kn/m2.

- Installation without crane assistance due to its lightweight.
- Fast and extremely easy to assemble with only a few accessories, no skilled workers required.
