Product Description
INTRODUCTION
SCZ-101 automatic fat analyzer is based on Soxhlet extraction, weight determination as the basic principle, including soaking, extraction, heating. condensation and solvent recovery. The automatic temperature control fully enclosed electric heating mode is adopted. which makes the heating of the instrument more uniform, safe and reliable, and has good sealing measures. At the same time, it can measure 1-6 samples without leakage of three wastes. During operation, the best temperature Can be selected according to the different boiling points and natural temperatures of reagents. so as to achieve the fastest purpose. The reagent can also be recycled to reduce the cost of the experiment, and the immersion, extraction and solvent recovery can be completed at one time. Therefore, the instrument has the advantages of reasonable design, stable performance, good repeatability, high precision, convenient operation, labor saving and time saving.

MAIN FEATURES
1. Totally enclosed electric heating, from room temperature to 200ºC with any adjustment;
2.2.5-inches blue LCD display, display the set temperature and actual temperature at the same time, holding time countdown display alarm. At the same time, display the set temperature and actual temperature, holding time count down display, alarm when finishes.
3 The solvent is automatically recovered and stored.
4. Non cock design: avoid leakage and damage of wave liquid pipe caused by frequent rotation of cock, and effectively improve sealing performance and service life.
5. Temperature limit protection: the upper temperature limit can be set. When the actual temperature exceeds the upper limit, the instrument will automatically alarm and stop heating.
6. Automatic 6-stage temperature rise: the manufacturer suggests that the temperature and holding time of 4 consecutive stages can be set, and the instrument will complete automatically in sequence.
7. Drying function: no need to transfer the sample to the oven, it can be directly dried on the instrument.
