This automatic concrete block stacking machine is also called concrete stacking robot or block robot palletizer machine. Our Hongfa Machinery developed the block palletizer to help many concrete block factory to increase production efficiency and save labor cost. This block stacking machine is with the advanced tech and PLC system to control block stacking.

It is mainly used to provide service of stacking blocks and bundle of bricks automatically in concrete block production line. It is also called Block clamper and block stacker, this block packing robot machine system will greatly improve the working efficiency for the block production line.

8.How about the commissioning of the machine and training to workers?
Yes, after finish the installation of the block production line, our engineer will do the testing and commissioning, and make the most suitable ratio of the materials to make the blocks, and train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
