1. How to install adapter sleeve with hydraulic nut?

     Use oil pump and oil pressure gauge to inject oil in hydraulic nut till the oil pressure proper. Push the bearing on the shaft or adapter sleeve into proper clearance assembly request. Move the piston, and pay attention to the maximum displacement. If inner diameter over 200mm, mark with notch groove on the outer diameter of piston, not allowed to exceed. After installation complete, loosen pressure relief valve, rotate hydraulic nut inward to return piston to start position, and oil will flow back in the oil pump. And then disassemble the hydraulic nut, fit it on lock nut, and fix the bearing. Installation complete.

2. How to disassemble adapter sleeve with hydraulic nut?

     Remove lock nut first, and put hydraulic nut in the bush screw thread. Keep a certain distance between both the end face of hydraulic nut and bearing, for the separating need. Support ring should be added on the shaft to bear disassembling strength. Inject oil into hydraulic nut to force  piston push the support ring, and bush and hydraulic nut will move toward bearing inner hole. Then bearing and bush separated.
