Question 1: Does it require internet or WiFi connection?
Answer: Yes, this model is a 4G version, which only supports watching online through 4G wireless connection. For WiFi connectivity, please contact us for a WiFi model details.

Question 2: Is the APP free? How much is the cloud?
Answer: Yes, the APP is free. It surpports CamHi on Android & iOS, and HiP2P on Windows & macOS. We don't support the cloud function, however the data is stored in the micro SD card, you can also read it locally.

Question 3: Does it connect to alexa?
Answer: No, it doe not support alexa, or MFi devices.

Question 4: Can I use my own camera?
Answer: Mostly yes, and it mainly depends on the power of your camera. We could also make a new model to match your needs.

Question 5: How long will the data keep on the micro SD card?
Answer: We supply 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB SanDisk micro SD cards, which can provide a 3, 6, 12, 24 days' video data back up seperately.
