                         Chevron Conveyor Belt
Chevron conveyor belts are used for bulk material which cannot be transported on flat conveyor belts at steep angles. These belts with special profiles convey products smoothly even if the slope is 30°to 45°.

Structure: Fabric plies with rubber coating
Cleat height: 5mm to 32mm
Profile shape: open V, closed V, Multi V, Y and C.
Features: Anti-slip
               Cleats and top cover rubber are vulcanized integrally.
               Cleat pattern, angle and pitch are designed elaborately.

Grade for cover rubber and cleats:
Oil and fat resistance, heat resistance, fire resistance and many more
