YTR-280D rotary drilling rig
The YTR-280D rotary drilling rig can be widely used in the urban high-rise buildings, express railways, highways, Bridges and large and medium-sized pile foundation project.
Technical parameters
1. Reasonable match of whole machine. It used Doosan's 50t excavator chassis, all the key accessories are international top brand, and the structure of whole machine has passed ANSYS finite-element analysis, ensuring the scientific design, reasonable match and the stable performance.
2. Strong power unit. The power unit uses double motors and double speed reducers as well as the high-strength gear and the A/D torque conversion controller to match the output torque and speed, so as to ensure the rotating of power unit during strong lifting.
3. Agile pulley yoke mechanism. The design of the pulley yoke makes the force on mast more reasonable, and increase the stability of working mechanism. Its human-oriented lifting cylinder design lowers the work intensity and increase the work efficiency.
4. Reliable turntable lubricating oil channel. The design of turntable oil channel lubricates the joint between whole turntable and mast better and thus makes the levering of mast cylinder much easier.
5. Safe mast limiting mechanism. It prevents the mast from tilting better and thus ensures the safety of whole machine.
6. Accurate mast levering system. The most advanced manual/automatic electronic levering system is adopted, which can monitor and regulate the mast automatically at any moment to keep the mast upright during construction and thus ensure the required verticality of pile hole.
7. Sound construction safety. The reasonable dimension limit on drilling centerline and guide rail surface, the precise machining of parallelogram mechanism and so on ensure the reliable operating safety of whole machine.
8. Advanced main and auxiliary winch monitoring system. (Optional)It have the thermal camera device and large size display screen, can be exactly show the main which steelwire's working condition to users.
