Dry Track Links and Rubber links
Automated production lines as well as continuous research and improvement provide our Dry Track Links consistent quality. The 35MNB material was chosen for its long durability and reliability. After treatment, its surface hardness is Rockwell C55 and its depth hardness is Rockwell C45.

As pins and bushings are of the utmost importance in the wear of undercarriage parts, we have taken special care to extend the lifetime of JDparts pins with higher surface hardness than Rockwell C50 and depth hardness greater than Rockwell C40, while JDparts bushings have been treated with a greater surface hardness than Rockwell C60, and for a depth hardness greater than Rockwell C50.
   Lubricated (oil) Track Links
In order to meet the exacting precision needed in the manufacture of Lubricated (oil) Track Links, both in terms of adjustments and in terms of sealing, a special CNC machine is used. Once Lubricated Track Links are made, they undergo high frequency induction surface hardening treatment. The pieces are heated by high frequency induction, then quenched. This process ensures high core strength and improves the wear resistance of the inner and outer surface of our Lubricated Track Link.

JDparts pins also undergo surface hardening treatment but with a medium frequency induction. This treatment provides the necessary hardness to the core, as well as optimum abrasion resistance of the external surface. Lubricated Track Link pins must also be filled with lubricating grease in order to protect themselves from difficult working conditions in harsh environments, to withstand the frictions and high temperatures produce by heavy weight and also to ensure strong wear resistance.

Sealing rings, plugs, iron bushings and other components are imported from South Korea. High quality seals maximize the lifespan of Lubricated Track Links.
