ZBS-JC1300 is a highly efficient environment-friendly halogen-free flame retardant, specially designed for urea-formaldehyde adhesive plywood. It is mainly through Phosphorus-Nitrogen synergistic action, which can promote carbon generation, capture free radicals and dilute combustible gas in gas phase, and achieve the purpose of flame retardancy. ZBS-JC1300 products after surface modification with coupling agent, have excellent dispersivity in urea-formaldehyde glue, panel products processing of the flame retardant does not affect the operation time of the additive and no debonding, self-extinguishing in combustion test, less smoke, according to the GB8624-2012 classification for burning behavior of building materials and products standard test, flame retardancy can easily reach B1 grade.
