Description :
Der Sensorkörper ist eine flache, zylindrische Scheibe, in die
oben die ballig geformte Lasteinleitung integriert ist. Prinzipi
ell muss die Krafteinleitung axial und zentrisch in den Sensor
erfolgen. Durch die ballige Form wird aber der Fehler durch
eine nicht exakt axiale Krafteinleitung minimiert.
Am Messelement im Sensor ist eine DMS-Vollbrücke appli
ziert, von der die zu messende Kraft in eine proportionale,
elektrische Spannung umgewandelt wird.

The force measuring chain has been developed for applica
tions where the requirements for precision are not the primary
focus, but rather where an economical purchase price and
simple functionality are the key criteria. The sensor's strain
gauge technology allows both static and dynamically chang
ing forces to be measured. The large display means that the
force acting on the sensor can be read easily. The four in
tegrated threaded holes allow the sensor to be integrated
quickly and easily into existing production and assembly
equipment.
