FSE-B series Atmosphere tube furnace - glass and metal packaging
Application: Glass packaging tubular quartz furnace is a small batch production furnace specially designed for glass and metal packaging process, kovar alloy micro oxidation and other materials.
Characteristic:

1. Working temperature RT ~ 1000 ºC
2. Furnace tube diameter 90mm ~ 250mm optional
3. The number of temperature zones is 3 ~ 6, optional
4. The number of furnace tubes is 1 ~ 4, optional
5. Program temperature controller, intelligent Logic PID algorithm, accurate control
6. Imported SSR for Execution Components with High Precision and Noise Free
7. Using ceramic fiber FEC heating module, resistance wire embedded surrounding heating, the heating rate can reach 10 ºC
8. Overtemperature protection function, when the temperature exceeds the allowable setting value, the power will be cut off automatically
9. Safety protection, automatic power off when the furnace body leaks electricity
10. Quick cooling quartz cavity, air cooling or circulating water cooling can be selected according to the process
11. The product outlet is equipped with alcohol lamp mounting bracket
12. The structure of quartz cap is convenient for discharging and reclaiming

2. Atmosphere system: (multi-channel float flowmeter, mass flowmeter)

Note: the maximum temperature given is measured outside the working tube. The number of other temperature zones and the length of heating zone can be customized according to the customer's process requirements.
