4. There are four items of casters for you to choose: fixed plate caster, swivel plate caster, swivel with side brake caster, swivel plate with brake caster

1. A caster is an undriven, single, double, or compound wheel that is designed to be mounted to the bottom of a larger object so as to enable that object to be easily moved.
