1 Why do I feel that the skin is dry after use?

May be too much dosage or lack of moisturizing If chalky residue appears after drying then try putting a dab of Beauty eye cream on the back of your hand and mix with one single drop of serum to dilute mixture before applying

2 How to use this cream if I want to put my make up on ?

After cleanse and basic skincare , put the eye cream according to the usage what we showed in video wait for your eye bags reduced(2-3mins)  and then use dry Paper towel Gently wipe off some of the paste then put your make up on if still will feel the skin is dry , mix with one single drop of serum to dilute mixture before applying
