Product introduction
Ultrafilter (also known as security filters)has a cylinder housing generally made of stainless steel and uses tubular filter elements internally including PP meltblown, welding lines, folded filter element, titanium filter element and activated carbon filter element, etc. Which can be selected depending on the filter media and the design process in order to achieve the quality requirements of the outflow. The machine body can also be quick fitting type for easy replacement and cleaning of the filter element.
Ultrafilter is used to remove solid impurities, powder and other impurities in the fluid. It is resistant to high pressure: Its filter element can be easily replaced; It has large capacity and occupies a small land area and better filter effects, so it is widely used for pretreatment and terminal filtration in the electronics industry, pharmaceutical industry, household drinking water as well as food and beverage, wine, beer and mineral water industries.



Working Principle
1,Precision filtration is to adopt the molding of filtration material, under the action of the pressure filtration material, make prefiltration through, stay in wall, phosphate-contained residue filtrate through filtering material flow, so as to achieve the purpose of filter.
 
2,Filtration material molding of filter cloth and filter are:, filter slice, sintering filter tubes, wire wound filter,
melt-spurt filter core, etc. Because of the different filtration material, filtration aperture is not identical also. Precision filtration was between sand filter (coarse filter) and ultrafiltration between filtering, filtration aperture in commonly 0.5 ~ 120 mu m range. The same form of filtration material, press envelop dimensions can be divided into different specifications.
 
3,Wire wound filter (also called hive filter) has two kinds: one kind is polypropylene fibre - polypropylene skeleton cores, highest use temperature 60 °C; Another kind is absorbent cotton fiber - stainless steel frame filter, the highest temperature. Use 120 °C
 
4,Melt-spurt polypropylene filter is for raw material, adopting melt-spurt technology shaping filter material, the maximum operating temperature 60 °C. Precision filter can remove the water the suspended material and fine, certain colloid particles, etc.



Applications:
 
01.Filtration treatment in pharmaceutical industry: liquor, serum, traditional Chinese medicine, 
acupuncture, serum, biological products, large infusion and various gases.
02.Food stuff industry: compressed air and gas filtration on brewing, mineral water, purified water, beer, 
grape wine, edible oil, yellow rice wine, rice wine, liquor, wine, sugar, slurry liquid.
03.Water treatment: It can be used for ultra filtration, security filtering for reverse osmosis.
04.Fine chemical industry: decolorization, decarburization and precision filtration for seasoning liquid, 
front part can also be made into wire mesh cartridge filter with stainless steel (equivalent to the bag filter),
then it could filtered by polymer microporous filter element(the filtration rating could be 0.2mm).
05.Environmental protection industry: large scale water treatment(filtration for wastewater which contains
 fluoride, sulfur, phosphorus, acid ,dye, latex paint and suspended solid ),and precise filtration for water 
injection into oil wells, filtration for washing wastewater.
