How ultrasonic cleaner works?
The main washing principal of ultrasonic cleaner is to transfer sound energy into mechanical vibration. Its ultrasound radiates the cleaning solution through cleaning the cell wall. The ultrasound which is radiated makes the micro-bubble in the liquid keep vibrating under the effect of sound wave. When sound pressure or sound intensity reaches a certain degree, bubble would quickly expand and suddenly close. During this process, the instant of closing bubble would create shock wave, and produce pressure of 1012-1013PA and high temperature around bubbles. The great pressure created by ultrasonic cavitation would depart non-soluble contaminants and differentiate them into liquid. Steam type cavitation has impact on dirt directly and repeatedly.
