The production line includes 6 units: material-loading unit, feeding unit, main body, finished products conveyor unit (automatically tilting unloading system), hydraulic power unit & electric control unit, industrial chiller.

 1) PUNCH UNIT

The CAP angle lines are equipped with three punching units per flange. Each of them is fitted with easy removable punch-holders for quick punch and die change.

2) STAMPING UNIT

Can Mark digital from 0-9 and Letters from A-Z.

3) SHEAR UNIT


Single Blade Shearing with special holding systems can guarantee good shearing precision, High quality shearing blade ensure longer tool life usage.

4) CROSS TRANSFER SYSTEM

Our Angle lines can be configured with infeed cross transfer tables to allow automatic loading of Angle Bars.

5)  INDUSTRIAL CHILLER

Auto cooling system with good effect, can ensure machine 24hrs working.
