(5) Label-controlling electric-eye shelf: unique combination of tail and electric to improve the precision of cutting of film materials. 
(6) Synchronous bottle screw, making stable transmission for bottles. 
(7) Label brush: more precision for casting labels. 
(8) Drive system: with high powder of servo motor, more forceful. 
(9) Independent material feeding shelf: fast and precise to change labels.   
(10) Double drivers: H-shaped design of the institutions to ensure that the four-wheel drive, automatic centering, four constant pressure requirements; due to the design of same speed ratio, KYP-400H fully realizes correct label transmission smooth, stable operation, fast label cutting.  
 

2. Applicable varieties of label & bottles
 
The velocity of this type machine reaches within 400-500 bottles per minute; 
it applies to such food & beverage industry as fruit juice, tea drink, dairy products, pure water, condiments, beer and sports drink, etc. of all kinds of Bottle types. It not only has a highly precise position for casting label, but also can stand out the perfect shape of the Bottle after shrinkage.
