One Step H. Pylori Feces Test Cassette is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of antigen to H. pylori in feces to aid in the diagnosis of H. pylori infection.
For in vitro diagnostic use only. For professional use only.

 

MATERIAL

1. One test in one pouch. One pouch contains a test cassette, and a desiccant. The desiccant is for storage purposes only, and is not used in the test procedures.
2. One sample collector containing saline buffer.
3. Leaflet with instructions for use.

 

Specimen collection:

Collect feces from on collection paper, on toilet paper or from specimen caught in a clean cup. Contamination from toilet water and urine should be avoided.

If the stool sample can't be extracted immediately, the sample may be stored at 2°C-8°C for up to 2 days. For long-term storage,
sample should be stored at -20°C. Specimens should not be frozen and thawed repeatedly. Only non-contaminated specimens can be used.

1. This kit is for external use only. Do not swallow.
2. Wear protective gloves while handling specimens
3. Avoid splashing or aerosol formation while collecting the sample.
4. Discard after first use. The test cannot be used more than once.
5. Do not use test kit beyond the expiration date.
6. Do not use the kit if the pouch is punctured or not well sealed.
7. Keep out of the reach of children.
8. Do not read after 30 minutes
9. DISPOSAL OF THE DIAGNOSTIC: The used-device has the Infectious risk. The process of disposing the diagnostic must follow the local infectious disposal law or laboratory rule.
