At this time, the essential oils containing aromatic components in the plant will diffuse to In the water vapor, an azeotrope of oil and water is formed; afterwards, the azeotrope is cooled, and the oil is separated from the water through the oil-water separator because the oil is insoluble in water, thereby separating the essential oil from the water and forming the essential oil we need. The equipment can be distilled with water or co-distilled with water. 1. Essential oil extraction equipment is suitable for the following materials:

2: Plant rhizomes: agarwood, ginger, aloe, clove, atractylodes;

2. Equipment features:

1. This equipment uses water vapor distillation to distill and extract the materials.
2. This equipment is a steam distillation extraction equipment developed by our company in accordance with the classic process of essential oil extraction, combined with an advanced automatic control system. The structure design is reasonable and the performance is superior. The operation is simple and flexible, and one person can easily complete the entire experiment and production.
3. The equipment uses heat-conducting oil for indirect heating, which can quickly reach a high temperature of 100°C under the conditions of ensuring cleanliness, safety, and normal pressure. When the process permits, guide the steam to quickly pass through the condenser, and quickly collect the volatile grease into the oil-water separator.
4. Vacuum cryogenic distillation can play a better role in the recovery of volatile substances.
5. The oil-water separation adopts a laboratory-grade glass multi-pipe design. The diameter of the glass pipe is less than 200mm, which is convenient for the separation and collection of essential oils.
6. The built-in flowers and plants in the equipment can be heated by water or steam distillation, and the slag can be discharged pneumatically. It is very convenient to clean the equipment.
