I.   PREPARATION Before Chipping:

This drum wood chipper can cut wood logs, small dimension wood and brushwood under the diameter of 200mm. It can be applied into pulp mill, trees, paper mill, wood factory etc.

Wood chipper is mainly formed by the host, coupling and chassis, motor parts, including cutting machine, cutter host by trim, feeding and discharging port, etc.


II.   ADVANTAGE of Wood Drum Chipper:

III.    WORKING PRINCIPLES:

It consists engine base, cutter roller, feeding roller, conveyor and hydraulic system and so on.
The engine base is welded by high strength steel plate,

It's the supporting base of the whole machine. On the cutter roller, there installs two or three flying cutter. Through the professional bolt, fixed the flying cutters on the roller.

According to the thickness of the raw materials, the feeding roller can moves up and down through the helping of hydraulic system. The satisfied chips can be discharged at the bottom of the machine through the screen.The bigger chips will be cutted again in the chamber of machine.
