China Prototype Rapid Prototyping PA11 Nylon 11 Powder 3D Printing Material with Reliable Quality for SLS, Find details about China 3D Printing, Nylon from Prototype Rapid Prototyping PA11 Nylon 11 Powder 3D Printing Material with Reliable Quality for SLS
PA11 is a biocompatible nylon material that is durable and flexible, making it optimal for use in exterior medical applications. Our PA11 is printed using SLS technology, which uses a laser to sinter nylon powder into plastic layer by layer. It is tensile, durable, and impact-resistant with high elongation at break. PA11 is offered in a natural white finish.PA 11 is a whitish polyamide 11 powder, which is optimised for the use as a laser sintering material. PA 11 is made out of renewable raw material. The material characterised by elasticity and high impact resistance.

1, high elongation at break
2,elasticity
3,high impact resistance
4,excellent resistance to chemicals, especially hydrocarbons, aldehydes, ketones, mineral bases and salts, alcohols, fuels, detergents, oil and fats
1, Mechanically loaded functional prototypes and series parts with long-term moving elements(e.g. hinges)
2, In the automotive industry, it is mainly used for interior components for crash relevant parts(PA 11 components do not splinter
3, Especially suited for small to medium sized parts, thin walls and lattice structures.
