A: We are a manufacturer and you are welcome to visit our factory.
Q: Do you accept customization?
A: Yes, we offer OEM/ODM service. You can customize every kind of product we offer.
Q : Can we get free samples for marketing?
A: Yes, samples less than 5pcs will be free, but the courier charge will be for your account.
Q : How do you ship the goods? By what means?
A: Small orders will be shipped by air or by courier like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or EMS etc. Large quantity will be shipped by sea. 
Q : Can I get any discount?
The price is negotiable, and the discount depends on your order quantity.
Q: What's the payment term?
T/T, L/C at sight, Paypal, Western Union, etc.
