GBW concentrated sulfuric acid centrifugal pump features

The pump shaft seal adopts an external high-quality mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of new hard alloy or ceramic, which is wear-resistant, leak-free and has a long service life.

Installation and use and precautions and maintenance

1. Before installation, carefully check the hard material in the pump body flow path to avoid damage to the impeller and pump body during operation.

2. The regulating valve should be installed on the inlet and outlet 1 of the pump to control the pump to operate within the rated working conditions.

3. Open the inlet valve to fill the entire pump chamber with liquid.

4. Turn on the power. When the pump reaches the normal speed, gradually open the valve on the discharge pipe and adjust to the required working condition.

5. Check the temperature rise of the motor and bearing at ≤70°C and find that the abnormality is handled in time.

6. It is strictly forbidden to work mechanical seals under dry grinding conditions.
