Description:
This HV series  digital semi-automatic vickers hardness tester adopts color LCD screen and high-speed 32-bit microprocessor control system. It has the characteristics of high test accuracy, simple operation, high sensitivity, convenient use and stable value. Electronic closed-loop control is used to apply the test force; the automatic application, maintenance, removal, and direct display of the hardness value of the test force are fully realized.

Character:
  1. The body part of the hardness tester is formed by the casting process once and has been treated for a long time. Long-term use of small deformation variables.
  2. It has two objective lenses, one eyepiece. The optical system not only has a clear image, but also can be used as a simple microscope with adjustable brightness and visual comfort.
  3. It can realize the conversion of Vickers and any other hardness scale.
  4. On the LCD screen can display test method, test force, Observe the indentation through the eyepiece, manually input the diagonal length, and the machine automatically calculates the hardness valueOptional CCD image processing system and video measuring device.
