A FRAME LAYER CAGE SYSTEM WITH MANURE BELT
This system equipped with automatic feeding & drinking system, egg collection system(if for layer chicken cages) and climate control system, and the all cage system are hot dipped galvanized surface treatment. But the manure collection system is special design which can get much better chicken manure collection effect and lower cost than H frame cage system. It can be used in layer/broiler/breeder/pullet cage system both in open and close house in different place.
The feeding cart connected with the silo by the transverse feeding auger is more popular here. In this system, feed is distributed automatically to the feed carts from the feed silos by the spiral augers located in a pipe with 90-150 mm diameter.
The drinking system is made up by the square or round pipes(thickness 2.0mm) with 360 degree flowing nipple drinkers.
The scraper type manure collection machines is designed for A frame cage systems which has manure belts under the cages. The manure dropping from the cages onto the manure belts, and the machines with scraper can collect the manure to transverse manure conveyors and then delivered to the outside of the chicken house.
Automatic egg collection sysytem is made up by egg collection machines, egg collection belts(made in Italy) and egg belt hooks. The machines can be from 2 tier to 8 tier.
