After price confirmed,you can require for samples to check our quality.if you need the samples,we will charge for the sample cost,but the sample cost can be refundable after the order confirmed when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.
 3. What kind of files do you accept for printing ? 
PDF,Core Dran,High resolution JPG
 4. Can you do the design for us ? 
Yes,we have a professional team having rich experence in stage lighting design and manufacturing.just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect lights,it does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files,send us high resolution images,your logo and test and tell us how you would like to arrange them.we will send you finished files for confirmation.
 5. How long can i expect to get the sample ? 
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files,the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 workdays,the samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays,you can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.



How about guarranty ?
1. 1-year warranty from the date of package receipt,3 years for free repair; 
2. In case of DOA(Dead on Arrival),please report within 3days and return the case within 7days after receiving the items(The date on Post Mark is for standard).After our receiving of the iterms in good appearance condition.you may have a replacement or refund as long as we cancel the order on Ali; 
3. If the item was sent back for repair. buyer takes on returning fee. We will responsible for resending;
4. In order to provide you a better service.please treat the transaction Fairly. Feedback is our life.before you leave a neutral or negative feedbace,please do contact us for a better solution.
