Brief Intruduction:
The direct shear apparatus is designed and manufactured according to China national standard <Test Method of Rock for Highway Engineering>(JTG F41-2005) and <Specifications for Rock Test Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Engineering>(SL264-2001).
Purpose and Application:
* direct shear test of the structural surface of rock (such as: Joint surface, layer inside surface, slice inside surface, crack surface and so on);
* direct shear test of the rock itself and the cementing interface between concrete or mortar and rock ;
* shear strength test of concrete and other materials;
* shearing strength test of various rock, such as: round rock, square rock, cube rock, rock fragment and rock's uniaxial and triaxial compressive strength, tensile strength, shear strength, elastic modulus, wave ratio, permeability, Biot constant, stress sensitivity, dynamic rock mechanics parameters, P wave, S wave velocity, acoustic porosity, fracture toughness and stress orientation and test parameters such as size, Kaiser effect
